Favourite Fanfiction

All are Harry Potter fics of course! I have mostlt Draco/Hermione fics on this list, but the number of Harry/Draco fics is increasing rapidly and there are some Hermione/Weasley boy(s) fics as well. And some others too! =) The fics are mainly romance fics, some Plot? What plot?, but there are a couple where romance isn't the main genre.

My thoughts: This is such a good fic! I've been following it for a long time and it just keeps up the pace! It's my favourite Dramione fanfic by far, I think. It's really real... it definately fits with my picture of Draco and Hermione and it's just really nice! Read it!

My thoughts. This fic is so amazing! It put tears in my eyes several times and made me laugh and gave me lots of fluttering butterflies... The idea is so original and it's very well written. And clearly well researched! I wrote my longest review ever after reading this fic.. I don't write reviews that much, so that actually says a lot... It is just beautiful. =)

The Dragon's Bride

My thoughts: This is one of those stories that I've been following for a long time. It's really, really good! Definitely a memorable read.

The Cabin

My thoughts: This is also one of my favourite Dramione stories. I like it a lot! It's a long time since I read it, but I remember that I really liked it, so...

Valentine Encounter

My thoughts: OOHHH! I loved this one! I like the chliche of head boy/head girl and this is done wonderfully! Very sweet and romantic! =)

My thoughts: This is still a work in progress, so I don't know how it will turn out, but what I've read so far has been really good! Lots of close encounters and lots of attraction between them... attraction they can't act upon, of course! YAY!

The Sweetest Sin

My thoughts: This is one of the darker fics on my list... I usually prefer the light ones, but this is a really good story. It made me cry in the end.. Very powerfull and beautifully written.

My thoughts: SO HOT! =) But there's a lot more plot than the summary suggests. And there's a sequel! YAY!

Their Room

My thoughts: This is a favourite of a lot of people! And I agree that it's really good! A lot more to it than the summary says. It's definately worth a read!

My thoughts: This is really truly among my favourites! It's very very good! It was recommended to me by irishgirl982 and I'm very glad she did recommend it! Although there was a part of it where I thought it was going to become all fluff and lovey-dovey (I like the stories when there's a spark there! If they're all too happy it just gets boring after a while...), but it didn't! It turned around and was just perfect!

Why Draco Should Not Be Using Tampons

My thoughts: This fic is fun and so hot and sweet and has Draco forcing Hermione to shop with his money which is so perfect! You have to love this fic! Lovely Draco.

My thoughts: This story gives me some LOTR feelings, a lot of 'LOST' feelings (even though I've only seen one or two episodes) and a lot of frustration! It's a really good story, but it's loooong and still a work in progress. Still I'd recommend it! =) (That's why it's on this list isn't it...?)

Oh and it's hot too! YAY! The only thing I didn't like that much was the bad!Ron, because I don't see Ron as being mean like that, but it was fun to see him wrapped up in Christmas lights! My thoughts: I haven't read a lot of marriage law fics, but this one has got to be one of the best! It's brilliant! And pay attention to the characterization of Lucius and Narcissa! I loved that! It's adorable! =) A really good read!

My thoughts: This fic was the winner of the "sex god" category at the Forbidden Desires Awards and it is really great! The fic has a lot of the things that I love in a fic. It's definately one of the best H/D fics I've ever read. That pairing can be hard to write properly, but here it's done really well! =)

Beautiful World

My thoughts: This fic was so amazingly wonderful, it left me thinking about it for hours after reading it! Their relationship is so well described and you really get into their lives... Should be read by all, even those who normally don't read slash. GO READ!!!


Left My Heart

My thoughts: This is just... wow... It's extremely well written and has a great plot! Really really nice. And it has a sequel too! YAY!

My thoughts: This is a wonderful fic. But be warned: it's very dark. And, as the author said, it's got a very high smut-to-words ratio. =) It's brilliant, though! Definately worth a read!

My thoughts: This fic is great! =) Lots of hot stuff, but no declarations of love... Though we readers have a pretty good idea of how they feel about each other! =) *wink wink* There is a sequel, but you shouldn't start reading it, because it seems to be abandoned... Besides, this fic can stand perfectly well on it's own!

That Way Lies Camelot

My thougths: This is a really beautiful fic! It's post-HBP and Draco has apparated away to a random place. He's injured and a muggle woman takes him in. Harry, Hermione and Ron are out searching for horcruxes. Ron gets really ill and they have to go to the nearest muggle town for help. Guess who takes them in! It's a really good story and so sad (but I won't tell you why!). Go read!

Underwater Light

My thoughts: This is such a sweet story. I have discovered that it's one of the classics in the H/D fandom and with good reason! It's a great story!

My thoughts: This story is hilarious! Some really silly things and some really romantic things! Lovely read! If you want the uncensored (NC-17) version, you can find it here. But it hasn't been completed yet.

A Mile of Revelations

My Thoughts: This is a funny and well written fic. It is also really sweet and filled with suspense! I am really looking forward to the next bit! =)

On the Last Day of Our World

Summary: During a detention, Harry and Draco get locked in a strange room together overnight. When they escape the next morning, they discover they are alone. Love, angst and adventure abound as they struggle to survive in an empty world. COMPLETE
My thoughts: This is not only a really interesting idea to build a story on, but also a really great story! Harry and Draco's relationship is describes really well, as are the hardships they face. A good read! =)

On the Wings of the Storm

My thoughts: This is a good fic about Harry and Draco in wartime. Lots of love and lots of spying! Snape and Weasley twins. Definately lots of UST. And loads of Harry/Draco action! =)

My thoughts: This fic is very well written. At first the pairing is a bit odd to read considering their ages, but that doesn't matter after a while. A good fic! My only complaint would be that Lucius is a bit too nice in some parts. The fic is really good, though, so if you like unconventional pairings, I reccomend it very much!

My thoughts: This is sooo great!!! I really love this fic!  YAY! You gotta love a slytherin sandwich like this one. With Hermione in the middle! Here it's done very well. It's been on hiatus for a while, but do not despair for bunney says it will be continued! It has been updated!

My thoughts: This is definately one of the most heartbreaking stories I have ever read! I cried buckets... It is very beautifully written! Definately worth a read, especially if you like Draco, even if you don't like the pairing (Ron/Draco).

My thoughts: This was the first fanfiction I ever read. EVER. And it is probably the best I've read ever. This is the fic that got me interested in Dramone. I've read the whole trilogy and I highly recommend it! It is SO good!
